Window: Motion Sketch: Click Wireframe and Start Capture: Make motion by holding down left button on mouse.

Window: The Smoother: Up Tolerance to reduce the amount of frames.

You can click on the graph button and bring up the position button. On the graph bar, you will see the curves straighten out. Here you can edit the movement of the object by moving the little nodes on the graph.
